Rapid Fluidics Terms & Conditions

DRAWINGS: Fully dimensioned engineering drawings will be required for full QC post-production.
Models and drawings can be accepted in the following formats,
2D CAD drawings with .dwg or .pdf extensions
3D models with .stp or .iges extensions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP):
All Intellectual Property Rights (including patent, copyright, design or trade mark rights) that are created or arise as a result of this work shall vest in the customer. Where Rapid Fluidics Ltd and the customer have agreed that Intellectual Property Rights shall vest in the customer and the work has been published or has become public knowledge, should Rapid Fluidics Ltd wish to use the work, such use will be subject to the consent of the customer in writing, such consent not to be reasonably withheld but may be granted subject to such reasonable conditions as the customer may specify.

AMENDMENTS: Amendments to order during manufacture process can result in production delays, additional
administration and manufacturing costs. Rapid Fluidics Ltd reserves the right to pass these additional costs to the customer

SHIPMENT: Delivered at Place - Incoterms 2022 (DAP). Please provide shipping instructions with order.
Rapid Fluidics Ltd will arrange shipment at cost if no alternative instructions are received.

VAT: All prices are exclusive of VAT. Within the European Union, VAT will be added to all prices at the applicable rate unless the customer's VAT number is quoted on their purchase order.

VALIDITY: The prices in this quotation are valid for 90 days from the date above. Errors and omissions excepted.

TERMS: 
Webshop Orders: Invoiced on order 
Customer Orders: Proforma Invoice on order unless otherwise quoted.

LEAD TIME:
Webshop: Dispatched within 5 working days
Customer Orders: 1 week from receipt of order unless otherwise quoted

PAYMENT: All prices quoted are in £, with payment required in £(sterling)

​

SOCIAL MEDIA: Rapid Fluidics may occasionally post photographs or information on selected Social Media platforms (Linkedin, Instagram) of work-in-progress. Unless agreed specifically, there will be no mention of customer or projects within these posts.

NOTES:. Rapid Fluidics makes no guarantee of complete suitability for processes heretofore unknown. Due to variation in manual processes used for production, there can sometimes be visual irregularities within the microfluidic channels. These do not affect fluid flow.
